Add the wood chips and chunks to your BBQ to boosts the flavour of any grilled food.
Soak the chips in water for a minimum of 30 minuites , overnight even better. On charcoal grills wood chips can be used directly on the hot coals either to sear the food or towards the end of the cook to seal the flavour.
